筒式弱磁场磁选机广泛应用金属矿石选矿,其不锈钢筒体的保护层,对磁选机的使用寿命起着决定性的作用。过去曾试验应用沥青、玻璃钢、橡胶条粘贴、普通橡胶层等方法,均因不耐磨、寿命短、施工操作复杂等原因,均感不理想。为此,经过反复实践,我们设计了一套聚醚型聚氨酯新型喷涂胶自动涂胶、绕线的涂装装置,取得了良好的效果。这种新型喷涂胶的使用寿命提高了5～10倍以上,且成本比普通橡胶价廉,施工方便。经鞍钢、包钢、太钢、本钢、攀钢等厂矿使用证明,效果好,深受用户欢迎。 (一)聚醚型聚氨酯喷涂胶的性能及组成 1.性能聚醚型聚氨酯喷涂胶具有耐磨性及抗撕性,优良的抗张强度,耐弱酸弱碱,弹塑性好。特
