电站燃煤锅炉运行中,灰污染使得传热热阻变大,导致排烟热损失增加,锅炉效率降低。由灰污染引起的实际运行状态与无灰污染状态时的锅炉效率偏差即为灰污染损失。文中建立了灰污染损失的计算模型,包括排烟温度偏差和传热量偏差2个子模型,介绍了建模原理和方法,并对模型的正确性进行了初步验证。所建模型基于能量守恒和换热过程一般原理,建模和偏差分析过程均不涉及任何线性化的数学处理,因而保证了模型计算结果与真实值的一致性。
During the operation of power station coal-fired boilers, ash pollution makes the thermal resistance of heat transfer become larger, resulting in increased heat loss of exhaust heat and lower boiler efficiency. The actual operation state caused by the ash pollution and the boiler efficiency deviation when the ashless pollution state is the ash pollution loss. The calculation model of ash pollution loss is established, including two sub-models of smoke temperature deviation and heat transfer deviation. The principle and method of modeling are introduced, and the correctness of the model is preliminarily verified. The model is based on the general principle of energy conservation and heat transfer process, and does not involve any linearized mathematical process in the modeling and deviation analysis process, thus ensuring the consistency between the calculated results and the real values.
