目的研究优质护理在心血管内科护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取本院心血管内科在2016年1月至12月期间收治的180例患者,随机将其分成观察组与对照组,每组90例。在住院治疗期间,两组患者均接受常规护理,观察组患者在接受常规护理的基础上,还接受了优质护理服务。对两组患者在接受护理前后的焦虑症状评分、抑郁症状评分、住院时间以及对护理服务的满意度进行观察和比较。结果对两组患者采取相应的护理措施后,观察组患者的焦虑症状评分及抑郁症状评分都显著较对照组患者低,其住院时间显著较对照组患者短,对护理服务的总满意度显著较对照组患者高,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理应用于心血管内科的护理工作当中,能够使患者的不良情绪得到显著缓解,使患者的住院时间得到缩短,使患者对护理服务的满意度得到提高,值得在临床广泛应用。
Objective To study the effect of quality nursing in cardiovascular internal medicine care. Methods 180 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases in each group. During hospitalization, both groups received routine care, and patients in the observation group received quality care on the basis of routine care. The anxiety symptom scores, depressive symptom scores, length of hospital stay, and satisfaction with nursing services before and after receiving nursing care were observed and compared between two groups of patients. Results After the corresponding nursing measures were taken for both groups, anxiety symptom scores and depressive symptom scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and their length of stay was significantly shorter than that in control group. The total satisfaction with nursing service was significantly higher than that in control group The control group of patients with high, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The application of quality nursing in the nursing of cardiovascular medicine can significantly relieve the patients ’bad emotions, shorten the hospitalization time and improve the patients’ satisfaction with nursing services, which is worth widely used in clinical practice.
