近年来,基层统计的数据生产技术与装备已经有了新的跨越,基层统计人员的素质不断提升。但是基层统计分析仍然摆脱不了粗放式、数据式的生产,这一直被公众称之为“数字文字化”的产品。现代的社会经济已经从粗放式的重增长模式向着精细化重质量的模式转化。基层统计工作也应与时俱进、不断创新,要想能够发挥更大的作为,就必须改变统计调查
In recent years, the data production technology and equipment of grassroots statistics have taken a new leap forward, and the quality of grassroots statisticians has been continuously improved. However, the statistical analysis at the grass-roots level still can not get rid of the extensive and data-based production, which has been called by the public as a “digitized” product. The modern social economy has been transformed from the extensive mode of heavy growth to the mode of fine and heavy quality. The statistics at the grass-roots level should also keep pace with the times and keep innovating. If we want to make greater efforts, we must change the statistical survey
