目的分析护理干预在血液净化治疗肾衰竭中的应用效果,为临床护理提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院在2013年6月至2015年6月收治140例肾衰竭患者的临床资料。结果研究组患者皮肤瘙痒症状缓解总有效率(98.6%)显著高于对照组(82.9%)(P<0.05)。经过护理,研究组患者SAS(32.6±4.8)、SDS评分(38.2±6.4)显著低于对照组SAS(52.6±1.9)、SDS评分(54.2±6.8)(P<0.05)。结论血液净化治疗肾衰竭患者中采取护理干预能够提高治疗效果,改善心理状态,提高护理满意度,具有使用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of renal failure by blood purification and provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods The clinical data of 140 patients with renal failure in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total effective rate of skin pruritus (98.6%) in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (82.9%) (P <0.05). After nursing, SAS (32.6 ± 4.8) and SDS score (38.2 ± 6.4) in study group were significantly lower than SAS (52.6 ± 1.9) and SDS score (54.2 ± 6.8) in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Nursing intervention in patients with renal failure treated by blood purification can improve the treatment effect, improve the psychological status and improve the nursing satisfaction, which is of value in use.
