用无溶剂法合成了一种单环苯并嗪。使用傅立叶红外光谱对此苯并嗪进行结构表征,并使用差热分析法及热重法对其热性能进行了分析。结果表明此单环苯并嗪在加热条件下可开环聚合,聚合产物聚苯并嗪具有优良的热性能。在不同固化条件下其性能有明显变化。通过对不同固化条件下制得的一系列聚苯并嗪的傅立叶红外光谱图、热失重谱图和差热分析谱图对其结构、固化行为和耐热性能进行了分析。并确定了此单环苯并嗪的最佳固化条件。
A monocyclic benzoxazine was synthesized using solventless method. The benzoxazine was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and its thermal properties were analyzed by DTA method and TG method. The results show that the monocyclic benzoxazine can be ring-opened and polymerized under the conditions of heating, and the polybenzoxazine product has excellent thermal properties. Under different curing conditions, its performance has obviously changed. The structure, curing behavior and heat resistance of a series of polybenzoxazine prepared under different curing conditions were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis. The best curing conditions for this monocyclic benzoxazine were determined.
