建立了具有明确物理冶金基础的复相材料显微组织及其演变的图像仿真方法,仿真结果与实验事实相符,从而为利用计算机仿真手段研究材料科学提供了一条有效途径。用建立的仿真系统,可以直接观察复相材料显微组织及其演变过程,并可对复相组织演变的动力学特性进行定量分析。
The microstructure of complex phase material with definite physical metallurgy and its evolving image simulation method are established. The simulation results agree well with experimental facts, which provides an effective way to study material science by means of computer simulation. With the established simulation system, the microstructure and its evolution of the composite material can be directly observed, and the dynamic characteristics of the composite phase evolution can be quantitatively analyzed.
