电阻应变测量的温度补偿是消除温度对电测试验结果影响的一项技术措施,目前常用的方法有:补偿试块法、预测修正曲线法、温度自补偿计法等。但是,实践证明,这些方法往往受试验条件的限制,不能有效消除温度对电测试验结果的影响。例如:补偿试块法,它必须把补偿试块处于受试构件的同样环境中,但在温度变化梯度较大的情况下,很难作到补偿温度和工作温度完全一致,因而影响了补偿效果;预测修正曲线法,必须有一套精度较高的测温装置,否则会使修正后的绪果精度不高;温度白补偿计法,某一种类型的自补偿计只适用某一种线
The temperature compensation of resistance strain measurement is a technical measure to eliminate the effect of temperature on the electrical test results. The commonly used methods include: compensation test block method, predictive correction curve method, and temperature self-compensation meter method.
