我院儿科于1990年1月至1994年10月对住院的危重患儿多脏器系统功能衰竭(MOSF)及中毒性肠麻痹60例,在综合性抢救治疗的同时给予鼻饲或口服甘露醇,获得较满意的效果,现报告如下。
