对高职院校会计课堂教学中存在的问题进行分析:会计课堂模式对学生的职业能力培养比较弱;会计课堂教学缺乏对学生的会计岗位的职业品质的培养;会计课堂缺乏对学生创新能力与自主学习能力的培养。高职院校会计教学对学生的职业能力的培养:网络辅导教师帮助学生认识会计职业能力;根据会计职业能力来完善会计教学模式;重视对会计课程课外网络辅导方法的创新。会计课程网络辅导教学模式的实践应用:适应了时代的发展和学生学习的需求;应积极推广网络辅导的教学方式;以会计职业技能的培养为导向。因此,本文的研究有助于推动职业能力培养的高职院校会计课程课外网络辅导方式的良好发展。
The problems existing in the accounting classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges are analyzed: the accounting classroom model is weak to students’ professional ability; the accounting classroom teaching lacks to cultivate students’ professional qualifications in accounting posts; the lack of accounting students’ Cultivation of autonomous learning ability. Accounting teaching in higher vocational colleges can train students’ occupational competence: network counseling teachers can help students to understand accounting occupational ability; perfecting accounting teaching mode according to accounting occupational ability; and emphasizing innovation of counseling methods for extracurricular network of accounting courses. Practical application of accounting course network counseling teaching mode: Adapt to the development of the times and students’ learning needs; should actively promote the teaching method of network counseling; oriented by the training of accounting occupation skills. Therefore, the research of this article is helpful to the good development of the extracurricular network counseling method of accounting courses in higher vocational colleges that promote vocational ability cultivation.
