三年前,我买了一套功夫茶具,开始比较正规的喝茶。之前也喜欢茶,那时候按照北方人的一般习惯,用大茶杯泡上一杯,喝上一天,方法有些粗糙,正像西方人喝咖啡一样,欧洲北方的德国,喝咖啡的方法相当简单,毫无讲究,而在欧洲南部的意大利喝咖啡讲究得像福建人喝茶一样,他们认为德国人是在浪费咖啡。生活水平的提高让人们越来越认识到茶的重要,北方人对喝茶品质、品位的要求也开始逐渐提高,我就是这样的一个北方人。
