目的探讨大学生自信与学习动机的关系,为增强大学生的学习效果提供科学依据。方法使用青年学生自信问卷以及大学生学习动机量表对480名大学生进行调查分析。采用相关分析、回归分析检验自信与学习动机之间的关系。结果大学生自信各因子,即才智自信、品质自信、人际自信、应对自信、成就自信与内生动机、外生动机存在显著的正相关;才智自信和成就自信是内生动机的有效预测变量(B=0.23,P<0.001;B=0.18,P<0.001),成就自信是外生动机的有效预测变量(B=0.10,P<0.001)。结论大学生自信与学习动机的关系非常密切,可通过自信这种相对稳定的人格特质来激发学生积极的学习动机,增强学习效果。
Objective To explore the relationship between college students’ self-confidence and learning motivation, and to provide a scientific basis for enhancing their learning outcomes. Methods Using the self-confidence questionnaire of young students and the motivation scale of college students, 480 college students were investigated and analyzed. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to test the relationship between self-confidence and learning motivation. Results There was a significant positive correlation between students’ self-confidence and self-confidence, self-confidence, quality of self-confidence, interpersonal self-confidence, self-confidence, self-confidence, intrinsic endogenous motivation and extrinsic motivation. Intelligence self-confidence and self-confidence were effective predictors of endogenous motivation = 0.23, P <0.001; B = 0.18, P <0.001). Confidence in achievement was a valid predictor of exogenous motivation (B = 0.10, P <0.001). Conclusions The relationship between self-confidence and learning motivation of college students is very close. Self-confidence can be a relatively stable personality traits to motivate students to actively motivate and enhance learning outcomes.
