目的:观察乐胃饮对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜AQP3、AQP4蛋白表达的影响。方法:60只Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、维酶素组、乐胃饮低、中、高剂量组,除正常对照组外,其余大鼠用2%水杨酸钠灌胃、自由饮用MNNG溶液结合饥饱失常等综合因素诱发慢性萎缩性胃炎模型。造模后各组予以灌胃治疗4周。结果:与模型对照组比较,乐胃饮各剂量组胃黏膜AQP3、AQP4蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:乐胃饮可增强慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜AQP3、AQP4蛋白的表达,可能通过改善胃黏膜水盐代谢,调节胃酸分泌,进而达到治疗CAG的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Le Wei Yin on gastric mucosal AQP3 and AQP4 protein expression in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, verapamil group, LEGO drink low, medium and high dose groups, except the normal control group, the other rats were treated with 2% sodium salicylate Induction of chronic atrophic gastritis by gavage, free drinking MNNG solution combined with hunger and maladjustment. After modeling, each group was given gavage for 4 weeks. Results: Compared with the model control group, the expressions of AQP3 and AQP4 in gastric mucosa of Le Weijin group were significantly increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion: Le Weijin can enhance the expression of AQP3 and AQP4 protein in gastric mucosa of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis, and may improve the gastric acid secretion by improving the metabolism of water and salt in gastric mucosa, and then achieve the effect of CAG treatment.
