医用电动吸引器在使用过程中,如果吸引瓶吸满了液体而继续使用,液体就会进入泵室,锈蚀室壁、转子和叶片。再次使用时,电机因不易启动而往往烧毁。为了克服这一弊病,我们对电动吸引器进行了改进。改进后的电动吸引器用晶体管线路控制,当吸引瓶内的液面到达一定高度时,能自动切断电机,并用声光报警。倒出瓶内液体后,即可继续使用,全部改装费用仅需25元。改装的线路图如下: 当吸引瓶液面上升到予定高度时,A、B两电极接触液面,晶体管产生基极电流,J_(1-1)常闭点打开,J_(2-1)、J_(2-2)断开,电机停转,J_(1-2)常开接点闭合发出声光警报。瓶内液体倒出后,J_(1-1)恢复闭合,J_(1-2)常开接点断开,此时
