目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒大鼠骨骼肌组织ATP酶活性变化及硫酸镁对其影响。方法30只健康大鼠随机分成3组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组(A组);氧化乐果染毒组(B组);硫酸镁预处理后再染毒组(C组)。测定3组大鼠骨骼肌组织Na+K+ATP酶和Ca2+ATP酶活性,并进行组间比较。结果与A组相比,B组Na+K+ATP酶,Ca2+ATP酶活性均明显降低(P<0.01)。与B组相比,C组Na+K+ATP酶和Ca2+ATP酶活性均有不同程度地恢复,Ca2+ATP酶活性恢复(P<0.01)较Na+K+ATP酶活性恢复(P<0.05)明显。结论急性有机磷农药中毒后,骨骼肌组织Na+K+ATP酶,Ca2+ATP酶活性均明显受抑制。硫酸镁预处理能减轻ATP酶活性的受抑制程度,尤其是对Ca2+ATP酶。
Objective To investigate the changes of ATPase activity in skeletal muscle tissue of rats with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and the effect of magnesium sulfate on it. Methods Thirty healthy rats were randomly divided into three groups (n = 10): normal control group (group A), omethoate group (group B), magnesium sulfate preconditioning group (group C) . The activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca2 + ATPase in skeletal muscle of rats in three groups were measured and compared between groups. Results Compared with group A, the activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca2 + ATPase in group B were significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with group B, the activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca2 + ATPase in group C recovered to different extents, the activity of Ca2 + ATPase recovered (P <0.01) and the activity of Na + K + ATPase recovered (P < 0.05) obvious. Conclusion Acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, skeletal muscle Na + K + ATPase, Ca2 + ATPase activity were significantly inhibited. Magnesium sulfate pretreatment can reduce the inhibition of ATPase activity, especially for Ca2 + ATPase.
