目的评价甘精胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素在2型糖尿病中强化治疗效果。方法 100例2型糖尿病患者随机分为A组(甘精胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素组)和B组(诺和灵30R组),观察血糖达标时间、胰岛素每日用量、空腹血糖、三餐后2 h血糖和低血糖反应。结果 A组血糖达标时间短、胰岛素每日用量少、空腹血糖和三餐后2 h血糖低于B组、低血糖发生率低,与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论甘精胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素在2型糖尿病强化治疗中控制血糖迅速、安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of insulin glargine and insulin aspart in intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into group A (insulin glargine and insulin aspart) and group B (noradren 30R). The time of reaching blood glucose, daily insulin dosage, fasting blood glucose, h Blood sugar and hypoglycemia reaction. Results The blood glucose in A group was shortened, the daily insulin dosage was low, fasting blood glucose and blood sugar at 2h after three meals were lower than those in B group, and the incidence of hypoglycemia was low. Compared with B group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) . Conclusion Glargine and insulin aspart in the intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes control blood sugar quickly, safely and effectively.
