为研究某种阻尼浆材料对地铁车体铝型材地板的振动声辐射影响,在声学实验室内,对没喷涂阻尼浆的地板、喷涂2 mm和4 mm厚阻尼浆的地板分别进行了振动声辐射测试分析。结果表明,喷涂阻尼浆可显著抑制铝型材地板的振动声辐射,且随阻尼层喷涂厚度的增加,抑制越显著,尤其在中高频区段。
In order to study the effect of certain damping material on the vibrational sound radiation of metro car aluminum profile floor, in the acoustics laboratory, the vibration of the floor without spraying the damping paste and spraying the 2 mm and 4 mm thick damping paste Radiation test analysis. The results show that sprayed damping paste can remarkably suppress the vibrational sound radiation of aluminum profile floor. With the increase of the thickness of the damping layer, the suppression is more significant, especially in the mid-high frequency range.
