放射土壤杆菌HLB—2对葡萄根癌土壤杆菌具有抑制作用,在葡萄藤上可抑制由葡萄根癌土壤杆菌诱发的冠瘿病.研究证明HLB—2可以利用octopine,nopaline做为唯一氮源,在由葡萄根癌土壤杆菌诱发的冠瘿中生长、繁殖.在葡萄藤上接种致病菌以后的24小时内于感染部位涂布HLB—2具有抑制冠瘿形成的作用.
Agrobacterium radiobacter HLB-2 inhibited Agrobacterium tumefaciens and inhibited crown gall caused by Agrobacterium tumefaciens in grapevines.The results showed that HLB-2 could utilize octopine and nopaline as sole nitrogen source, It grows and reproduces in coronaria induced by A. tumefaciens and HLB-2 at the site of infection within 24 hours after inoculation of pathogenic bacteria on grapevine has the effect of inhibiting the formation of coronaria.
