目的分析南京市某聚合物生产企业VAE乳液项目中存在的职业病危害因素,评价该企业采取的职业病危害控制措施的效果。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查和检查表法进行综合分析与评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有化学因素(乙酸乙烯酯、过氧化氢、甲酸、其他粉尘)和物理因素(γ辐射、噪声)。化学因素设采样点37个,合格率为100%;物理因素设检测点及岗位16个,合格率为100%。结论该企业VAE乳液项目采取的职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。
Objective To analyze the occupational hazards in VAE emulsion project of a polymer manufacturer in Nanjing and evaluate the effect of occupational hazards control measures adopted by the enterprise. Methods Occupational health field survey method, occupational disease risk factors testing, occupational health examination and checklist method were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated. Results The main occupational hazards in this project are chemical factors (vinyl acetate, hydrogen peroxide, formic acid, other dust) and physical factors (γ radiation, noise). Chemical factors set sampling point 37, with a pass rate of 100%; physical factors set the test points and positions 16, with a pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The occupational hazards control measures adopted by the VAE emulsion project in this enterprise are feasible and effective.
