1979年6月27日至30日,铁道部科技委主持召开了“新型混凝土轨枕橡胶垫板”技术鉴定会。参加会议的有化工部橡胶司、铁道部工务局和物资局,橡胶垫板厂和新型橡胶垫板试验段等35个单位、59名代表。
From June 27 to June 30, 1979, the Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Railways presided over the technical appraisal meeting of “New Concrete Sleeper Rubber Shoe Plate”. There were 35 units and 59 representatives attended the meeting, including the rubber division of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the Bureau of Works of the Ministry of Railways, the Materials Bureau, the rubber pad factory and the new rubber pad test section.
