研究了瓦斯爆炸后巷道环境温度的变化特征,热量传递的基本方式,以及矿用可移动式救生舱结构特征,针对矿用可移动式救生舱隔热性能进行了实验研究。建立了高温实验房,采用实验的方法测定救生舱的传热系数。进行了真人实验,计算出舱内产热量。根据救生舱空载和真人实验的实测数据,定量研究和改进了救生舱内部制冷系统性能。
The characteristics of alleyway ambient temperature, the basic mode of heat transfer and the structural characteristics of movable rescue cabin are studied. The thermal insulation performance of movable rescue cabin is studied experimentally. A high-temperature laboratory building was established, and the heat transfer coefficient of the rescue cabin was determined by the experimental method. A live experiment was conducted to calculate the amount of heat in the cabin. Based on the measured data of no-load life-saving and live-action experiments, the performance of the internal refrigeration system in the life-saving cabin was quantitatively studied and improved.
