目的探讨腺苷A3受体(A3AR)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在大肠癌组织中表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测A3AR、HIF-1α在大肠癌组、对照组的表达。结果大肠癌组、对照组中A3AR的阳性率61.29%(19/31)、10%(1/10),两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大肠癌组、对照组HIF-1α的阳性率分别为64.52%(20/31)、10%(1/10),两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A3AR、HIF-1α的表达均与大肠癌的临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关。在大肠癌组织中A3AR和HIF-1α表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 A3AR、HIF-1α在大肠癌组织中存在高表达,且两者之间的表达呈正相关,其高表达提示疾病的分期晚,提示两者可能共同参与了大肠癌的侵袭和转移。
Objective To investigate the expression of adenosine A3 receptor (A3AR) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods The expressions of A3AR and HIF-1α in colorectal cancer and control groups were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of A3AR in colorectal cancer group and control group were 61.29% (19/31) and 10% (1/10), respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive rates of HIF-1α in colorectal cancer group and control group were 64.52% (20/31) and 10% (1/10), respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of A3AR and HIF-1α are closely related to the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer. The expression of A3AR and HIF-1α in colorectal cancer was positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of A3AR and HIF-1α in colorectal cancer is highly correlated with the expression of A3AR and HIF-1α. The positive expression of A3AR and HIF-1α is correlated with the expression of A3AR and HIF-1α in colorectal cancer. The high expression of A3AR and HIF-1α suggests that they may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
