目的:对黄花羊耳蒜全草的化学成分进行分离、纯化及结构鉴定。方法:将黄花羊耳蒜 95%乙醇提取物经不同的溶剂依次萃取,萃取部位经硅胶柱层析、薄层层析、Sephadex LH-20 柱层析和重结晶进行分离、纯化,根据化合物理化性质及波谱数据确定其化学结构。结果:最终分离得到 4 个黄酮类化合物,分别为化合物 1:槲皮素;化合物 2:6- 羟基 -4-(3'- 羟苯基)异黄酮;化合物 3:5- 羟基 -3-(5'- 苯基)-4 甲氧基 -6- 羟基色原酮;化合物 4:5- 羟基 -3- 甲氧基 -(5'- 羟苯基)异黄酮。结论:其中,化合物 3 和 4 是首次从羊耳蒜属植物中分离得到。“,”Objective:To separate and identify the chemical constituents of Liparis luteola Lindl. Methods: The 95% ethanol extract of Liparis luteola Lindl. was separated and purified by Silica Gel Column Chromatography,thin layer chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization,the chemical structure is determined by physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Four flavonoid compounds were isolated,they were compound 1: Quercetin,compound 2:6-hydroxy-4-(3'-hydroxyphenyl) isoflavone,compound 3:5-hydroxy-3-(5'-phenyl)-4-methoxy-6-hydroxychromone Compound 4:5-hydroxy-3-methoxy-(5'-hydroxyphenyl) isoflavone. CONCLUSION: Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from allium l. for the first time.
