中草药针剂的品种已有几百种之多。但作为商品生产的,仅为其中的一部分。近两年来,在主要刊物上发表的中草药针剂也有近百种。其中就处方组成看,大多数为单方。从主治用途看,主要是清热解毒、抗菌消炎,其次是镇痛、抗癌、利尿、中麻,以及治疗心血管疾病、皮肤病、肺心病等等。从生产方法看,绝大多数保持“一锅煎”的基础上,用水煎醇沉,去除部分杂质,也有用石灰硫酸法或明胶法去除部分杂质的,也有用蒸馏法制备的,极少数为提取有效成分的粗品,因此外观大多
There are hundreds of varieties of Chinese herbal medicine injections. But as a commodity, only part of it is produced. In the past two years, nearly 100 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines have been published in major publications. Among the prescriptions, most of them are unilateral. From the perspective of the use of the treatment, mainly detoxification, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, followed by analgesic, anti-cancer, diuretic, hemp, and treatment of cardiovascular disease, skin disease, pulmonary heart disease and so on. From the perspective of production methods, most of them are kept on the basis of “one pan fried”, and are decocted with water to remove some of the impurities. Some of the impurities are also removed by lime-sulfuric acid or gelatin, and they are also prepared by distillation. A small number of crude products for the extraction of active ingredients, so most of the appearance
