前言新近批准公私合营的上海第十钢厂第一分厂,在今年第一季度接受了一项光荣的任务,要迅速试制并大量生产用以制造新式农具的槽形钢村。这一项新产品的试制成功并大量生产,是保证春耕前供应“双轮带铧犂”等新式农具的重要环节之一。一分厂的全体职工,把它看作向公私合营的献礼,看成是巩固工农联盟的政治任务;从事轧钢工作20多年的林善福技师,勇敢地接受了这项新产品的孔型设计任务。林善福技师在公司、领导及技术人员的支持和协助下,根据从前轧制?253L形及?382T形钢窗料的轧制经验,设计并改装了“万能式轧钢机”获得成功,有力保证了生产任务的完成,并对今后增加钢材新品种创造了有利条件。现将该厂运用“万能式轧钢机”轧制“槽形农具钢”的经验介绍如下,供兄弟厂从事轧钢工作的同志参考,并希望能获得各方面的指导和教益。
