目前节能液压泵站控制系统效率不高,为使其具有很好的抗干扰能力,使系统快速到达稳定状态,以伺服电机驱动内啮合齿轮泵为基础,设计出模糊PID的控制器,通过Simulink软件建立系统仿真模型,对系统进行不同性质类型的信号激励。进行仿真分析,比较无控制时,PID控制下和自整定模糊PID控制下的响应曲线。根据曲线可以知道,PID与自整定模糊PID控制下的响应曲线响应的速度都比较快,但是自整定模糊PID的效果更加的明显,稳定性比较好,取得的控制效果较为理想。
At present, energy-saving hydraulic pump station control system is not efficient, in order to make it have a good anti-interference ability, the system quickly reach a steady state, servo motor driven gear pump based on the design of fuzzy PID controller, through Simulink Software to establish system simulation model, the system for different types of signal excitation. Simulation analysis is carried out to compare the response curves under no control, PID control and self-tuning fuzzy PID control. According to the curve, it can be seen that the response speed of PID and self-tuning fuzzy PID control is fast, but the effect of self-tuning fuzzy PID is more obvious and the stability is better, and the control effect obtained is more ideal.
