肝脏与铜的代谢有密切关系,肝病时铜代谢异常,已为国内外学者所重视。本文对慢性肝病包括肝炎后肝硬化、血吸虫病肝纤维化及慢性活动性肝炎(CAH)患者,以化学与原子吸收光谱方法分别测定血与肝组织中铜的含量,并以免疫火箭电泳方法测定肝硬化患者血清中铜蓝蛋白的含量,以研究肝病患者血和肝组织中铜的含量变化。材料和方法共4组:Ⅰ组33例,计肝炎后肝硬化28例,CAH 5例;另103名正常健康者作为对照组。以原子吸收光谱方法测定血中铜的含量。Ⅱ组32例,
Liver and copper metabolism are closely related to liver disease, abnormal metabolism of copper, which has been valued by scholars at home and abroad.
