掌柜的店浦东万嘉店位于浦东新区高行镇东靖路1881号,餐厅面积535平米,主打中原菜。此案以朴素的中原情调为基准,设计案例中运用大量青砖、土墙、圆木等质朴的田园材质来复原中原老建筑,形成内建筑室内再营造的概念,丰富整个空间的同时,其特征在场景中被立体的呈现出来,烘托了现场气氛,让顾客体会到放松、安逸的中原情怀。此案呼应“掌柜”的主题,衍生出算盘,朱仙镇的年画等当地民俗特色,运用色彩结构的重组、主题呼应
