After the Chinese government economic and trade delegation held an agreement in Moscow on the Russian shutdown of the Moscow market in Czekizowski (hereinafter referred to as the “big market”), Chinese merchants finally came to the market to take some of the products under the control of Russia. The Moscow city government also said it will provide the necessary assistance and legal aid to Chinese merchants for the movement of goods out of stock and the establishment of a regulated market. Although the initial negotiations between the two sides have achieved initial success, they can not change the fate of about 60,000 Chinese businessmen who sadly left the big market. Chinese goods have been seized in Russia many times. Why Chinese businessmen are often trapped in Russia? There are 20 years of “gray customs clearance” why it is difficult to solve? Where should Chinese businessmen go from here? The voices from all sides prove that the time has come for China-Russia non-governmental trade to change its thinking.
