西安华山机械厂生产某产品所用的某钢厂提供的30CrMnSi金属材料中混入少量12CrNiMo金属棒料。这些处于同一热处理状态下的30CrMnSi和12CrNiMo的硬度及组织状态均有较大差异,但电导率差异甚小,致使电导率检测仪和常规的阻抗平面涡流仪坷不能有效地分辨两种材料,仪器指示值有交叉现象。采用爱德森(厦门)电子有限公司以涡流频谱分析技术与概率统计分析方法相结合研制出的EEC-40智能金属材料分选仪,解决了上述混料的分选问题。
