在这一讲里,首先介绍多因素设计的概念,再介绍本讲座的主要内容,最后介绍几个常用术语。一、什么叫多因素试验设计? 农业科技人员每年都要花费大量的人力、物力和财力进行各种试验。譬如作物品种比较试验,栽培试验,肥料试验. 病虫防治试验等等。试验的设计不同,效果大不一样。有的试验,安排合理,结果满意,事半功倍;而有的试验,安排欠妥,试验的次数很多,少慢差费,甚至徒劳无益。所以,在进行试验前,应该对试验进行科学设计。以往,进行试验时,通常采用单因素试验方案。随着电子计算机的虚用,众所周知的对比法、间比法、随机区组法和拉丁方等试验方案,已不能适应农业科学研究工作的需要了。
In this talk, we first introduce the concept of multi-factor design, then introduce the main contents of this talk, and finally introduce a few commonly used terms. First, what is the multi-factorial experimental design? Agricultural science and technology personnel spend a lot of manpower, material and financial resources to carry out various experiments every year. For example, comparison of crop varieties test, cultivation test, fertilizer test, pest control test and so on. Different experimental design, the effect is very different. Some tests are arranged reasonably and the results are satisfactory with a multiplier effect. However, some tests are improperly arranged and many tests are conducted in small quantities, with little or no cost or even futility. Therefore, the test should be conducted before the scientific design of the experiment. In the past, the test was usually used single factor test program. With the virtual utility of electronic computers, the well-known test methods such as comparison method, comparison method, randomized block method and Latin square can no longer meet the needs of agricultural scientific research.
