基底动脉尖综合征TOB(the basilar syndrome)作为一种特殊类型的脑干血管病,约占脑梗塞的7%,国内很少报道。现将我院今年初收治的,经白求恩医大一院刘多三教授会诊,确诊为TOB综合征的病例1例,临床报告如下。杨占林,男,59岁,患者既往有高血压病史6年,因头晕、恶心、呕吐4小时,突然意识丧失,30分钟后恢复,2小时后呈嗜睡状,伴视物成双影而入院。患者于92年2月15日下班回家吃午餐时,诉头晕、继之恶心,呕吐数口胃内容物。在他人倍伴下步行去医院看病。在门诊突然意识丧失,当时测BP32/16kPa,左瞳孔散大。约30分钟后,意识恢复,诉头晕、视物成双影,但四肢活动自如,2个小时后,病人呈嗜睡状,伴小便失禁。到入院时已为病后20个小时。当时查
