The 6th Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China made a strategic plan for its complete strict control of the party, reviewed and approved “Several Guidelines for the Political Life of the Party under the New Situation” and “Regulations and Guidelines for Supervision within the Communist Party of China”, marking the opening of a new practice of party building.
