国家信息中心专家日前在有关的政策建议中提出,在适当时候,需由政府补贴,再次较大幅度地提高农副产品收购价格,直接增加农民收入。有关专家指出,目前反对提高农副产品收购价格的理由主要是中国部分农产品价格已经较大幅度地高于国际市场价格,但忽略了国际农产品市场价格主要由欧盟与美国主宰,现行的价格已经包含了大量政府补贴的因素,因此并不能完全反映其生产成本,剔除这些因素,我国农副产品价格仍有提升空间。
Recently, experts from the State Information Center put forward in the relevant policy recommendations that subsidies should be provided by the government at a proper time to raise the purchase price of agricultural by-products once more and directly increase the income of peasants. Experts pointed out that the current objection to raising the purchase price of agricultural and sideline products is mainly due to the fact that part of China’s agricultural products prices have been substantially higher than the international market prices, but ignored the international agricultural market prices dominated by the EU and the United States, the current price already includes A large number of government subsidies, and therefore can not fully reflect its production costs, excluding these factors, China’s agricultural and sideline products still have room for improvement.
