本刊讯湖南株洲玻璃厂在十二大文件的学习中,党委抓得紧,联系实际好,初步收到良好的效果。九月一日,当广播里传来党的十二大胜利召开的消息后,厂党委立即召开了专门会议,对十二大精神的宣传学习作出初步安排。大会新闻、邓小平同志的开幕词和胡耀邦同志的报告在报上发表后,党委首先带头进行学习讨论。为了满足学习的需要,除充分利用原订报纸,由各车间、科室组织职工认真学习外,还专门派人到邮局买回零售报纸,作为各种专门会议学习之用。以后相继召开了党员、劳动模范、知识分子等各种类型的座谈会,学习十二大文件,畅谈四化前景,表达为开创社会主义现代化建设新局面的坚定信心和坚强决心。大会闭幕后,党委又先后召开了四次会议,认真研究本厂情况,对文件的学习作出进一步的具体安排。决定中层干部分期集中学习,每期学习一周;政工、生产部门的一般干部半天学习,半天工作,总的学习时间同样为一周;工人的学习,
