为了评价湖北省及部分其他地区审定的具有代表性杂交稻骨干亲本遗传相似性并构建其指纹图谱,利用48个SSR分子标记对来自湖北及部分其他省份的19份材料进行分析,结果共检测到62个等位基因,平均每个SSR标记检测到3.88个,变幅为2~7个;每个标记的多态性信息含量(PIC)平均值为0.501,变幅为0.266~0.792,选取PIC最高的11个作为核心标记构建完成19份材料的指纹图谱;SSR聚类分析结果表明,恢复系和不育系的遗传基础均较狭窄,表现出较高的平均遗传相似系数(分别为0.771与0.707),但恢复系和不育系之间的遗传距离相对较远,从一定程度上反映了遗传距离与杂种优势的正相关性。
In order to evaluate the genetic similarity of the provenative parents of hybrid rice and their fingerprinting in Hubei Province and some other areas, 48 SSR markers were used to analyze 19 materials from Hubei Province and some other provinces. As a result, The average number of polymorphic information (PIC) of each marker was 0.501, and the range of amplitude was 0.266 ~ 0.792. The PICs of 62 alleles were detected with an average of 3.88 SSR markers per locus, ranging from 2 to 7. The highest 11 were used as core markers to construct fingerprinting of 19 materials. The results of SSR cluster analysis showed that the genetic basis of restorer lines and sterile lines were relatively narrow, showing high average genetic similarity coefficient (0.771 and 0.707). However, the genetic distance between restorer lines and CMS lines was relatively far, which partly reflected the positive correlation between genetic distance and heterosis.
