进入新世纪以来,我国各项事业的改革都不断深化,国有企业也有了很大的变化,改革的力度不断增加。国有企业在国民经济中占据重要的地位,对整个社会经济的发展都有重要的影响,国有企业激励机制对整个企业的发展都有重要作用。本文主要对目前国有企业激励机制内存在的缺陷和不足进行详细的分析,并提出一些改进的措施,以便促进国有企业的发展。
Since the beginning of the new century, the reform of various undertakings in our country has been deepening constantly. There have also been great changes in state-owned enterprises and the intensity of reform has been constantly increasing. The state-owned enterprises occupy an important position in the national economy and have an important impact on the development of the entire society and economy. The incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises plays an important role in the development of the entire enterprise. This article mainly analyzes the defects and shortcomings existing in the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises at present, and puts forward some measures to improve in order to promote the development of state-owned enterprises.
