网纹甜瓜幼嫩卷须培养初报

本试验表明,网纹甜瓜卷须愈伤组织诱导的培养基以N_6大量元素+MS其他元素+NAA0.5ppm+BA3.0ppm最好;愈伤组织的增殖以MS+BA2.0ppm或4.0ppm为好;胚状体的形成和茎叶分化在MS+BA4.0ppm培养基上分化发育最佳。

The experiment showed that the callus of muskmelon tendril callus induction medium with N_6 macronutrients + MS other elements + NAA0.5ppm + BA3.0ppm best; callus proliferation to MS + BA2.0ppm or 4.0ppm as well The formation of embryoid bodies and differentiation of stems and leaves were best developed on MS + BA4.0ppm medium.
