介绍了陆地用400Gb/s高速传输系统中陆地用新型G.654光缆的生产及检测。从G.654光纤的国家标准和ITU标准出发,探讨了陆地用新型G.654光纤在陆地上应用特点及其相关指标。通过对现有工艺改进,成功地将陆地用新型G.654光纤成缆。测试了陆地用新型G.654光纤在套塑、成缆和护层工序完成后的光纤附加衰减值以及成缆后的光纤总附加衰减值,并分析了光纤附加衰减值的产生原因,同时还测试了陆地用新型G.654光纤成缆后的机械及环境性能。测试结果表明,陆地用新型G.654光纤成缆后的各项性能指标均满足或优于相关标准要求。
The production and testing of the new G.654 optical fiber cable for land use in 400Gb / s high speed transmission system for land use are introduced. Based on the national standard and ITU standard of G.654 fiber, this paper discusses the application features and related indexes of the new G.654 fiber for land use on land. The new G.654 fiber for the land was successfully cabled by improving existing processes. The additional attenuating value of optical fiber after the new G.654 optical fiber on the land, plastic cable, sheathing layer and finished cable were tested, and the total additional attenuation value of optical fiber after cable was tested. The reason for the additional attenuation value of optical fiber was also analyzed. The mechanical and environmental performance of the new G.654 fiber optic cable for land testing was tested. The test results show that all the performance indexes of the new type of G.654 fiber cable for land use meet or exceed the relevant standards.
