党的十五届六中全会通过的中共中央关于加强和改进党的作风建设的决定》,是指导党的作风建设的纲领性文件,是我们党在新世纪之初作出的一个重大决策。这是一个坚持治党和治国紧密结合,治国必先治党、治党务必从严的决策,是一个以我国改革开放、现代化建设和我们正在做的事情为中心,着眼于马克思主义的运用,着眼于对实际问题的理论思考,着眼于新的实践和新的发展的决策;是一个面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来,从现实中提出问题,运用马克思主义分析问题,以创新精神解决问题的决策。
The CPC Central Committee’s Decision on Strengthening and Improving the Construction of the Party’s Work adopted at the 6th Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee is a programmatic document guiding the party’s work style building and is a major policy decision our party has made at the beginning of this new century.
