1993年5月至11月对多花黑麦草、苇状羊茅、属间杂种及其后代的抗旱耐热性进行了研究。结果表明,杂种F1、苇状羊茅植株对高温干旱表现极强的抗性,抗性指数分别达3.99和3.68,越夏率分别为100%和93.7%;多花黑麦草对高温干旱反映敏感,抗性指数极低,仅为0.82;杂种后代选系的抗旱耐热性较多花黑麦草有显著提高,但低于苇状羊茅及杂种F1。表明利用多花黑麦草与苇状羊茅杂交可以改良多花黑麦草的抗旱耐热性。
From May to November 1993, the drought resistance and heat tolerance of ryegrass, tall fescue, interspecific hybrids and their offspring were studied. The results showed that the hybrid F1 and the tall fescue plants showed strong resistance to high temperature and drought stress with the resistance index of 3.99 and 3.68 respectively, the over-summer rates were 100% and 93.7% respectively. Wheatgrass was sensitive to high temperature and drought, and its resistance index was extremely low, only 0.82. The drought resistance and heat tolerance of the hybrid progeny lines were significantly higher than those of the plants of ryegrass, but lower than those of the fescue and hybrid F1. The results showed that the cross of ryegrass and tall fescue could improve the drought resistance and heat tolerance of ryegrass.
