目的:探讨左归饮延缓衰老的作用机制。方法:将50只小鼠随机分为5组,除正常对照组外均每日注射D-半乳糖造成衰老模型,同时给予不同剂量的左归饮。6周后检测小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平。结果:模型对照组与正常对照组比较,小鼠血清中SOD、GSH-Px活性显著降低,MDA含量显著升高,IL-2水平显著下降(P<0.01)。与模型对照组比较,左归饮高、中、低剂量组小鼠血清中SOD活性显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05),GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.01),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05);左归饮高、中剂量组IL-2水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:左归饮可通过抗氧化作用及对IL-2影响延缓衰老。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Zuogui Yin’s anti-aging effect. Methods: Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups. D-galactose was injected daily to induce aging model except normal control group, while different doses of Zuogui Yin were given. After 6 weeks, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), malondialdehyde (MDA) and interleukin-2 . Results: Compared with the normal control group, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in the serum of the model control group were significantly decreased, the content of MDA was significantly increased and the level of IL-2 was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with the model control group, SOD activity in serum of Zuoguiyin high, middle and low dose groups was significantly increased (P <0.01, P <0.01, P <0.05) and GSH-Px activity was significantly increased (P <0.01, P <0.05, P <0.05). The levels of IL-2 in Zuoguiyin high and middle dose groups were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Zuoguiyin can delay aging through its anti-oxidation and IL-2 effects.
