目的:研究辽藁本的地上部分化学成分。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从辽藁本地上部分的乙醇提取物中分离得到7个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:补骨脂素(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)、山柰酚-3-O-(2″,4″-二-反式-对-羟基桂皮酰基)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(6)、蔗糖(7)。结论:化合物1、4~6为首次从藁本属植物中分离得到,其余化合物均为首次从辽藁本地上部分中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of aerial parts of Liao. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Seven monomer compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the upper part of Liao Tiao, and identified as psoralen (1), β-sitosterol (2), daucosterol (3), kaempferol -3-O- (2 “, 4” -di-trans-p-hydroxy cinnamoyl) -alpha-L-rhamnoside Lactoside (5), Quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (6), Sucrose (7). Conclusion: The compounds 1, 4 ~ 6 were isolated from the genus Tritium for the first time, and the remaining compounds were isolated from the upper part of the genus Liao for the first time.
