社会经济制度和经济形式是两个不同概念。前者是指与一定发展阶段的生产力相适应的生产关系的总和;后者是指物质资料生产活动的联系形式。 (一)划分不同社会经济制度的根本标志是生产资料所有制。生产关系以生产资料所有制为基础,所有制基础决定生产关系的社会性质。正是由于在不同的所有制基础上所形成的劳动者和生产资料相结合的不同方式和方法,使人类社会呈现出不同的社会经济制度。
Socio-economic system and economic form are two different concepts. The former refers to the sum of the productive relations suited to the productive forces at a certain stage of development; the latter refers to the contact form of the material activities of production. (1) The fundamental symbol of dividing different socio-economic systems is the ownership of the means of production. The relations of production are based on the ownership of the means of production, and the basis of ownership determines the social nature of the relations of production. It is precisely because of the different ways and means of combining the laborers and the means of production formed on the basis of different ownership systems that human societies show different socio-economic systems.
