搭建了实验平台,对“Ω”形轴向槽道铝-丙酮热管进行了性能测试,研究了在不同温度以及充液量下铝-丙酮热管的等温性能和启动时间,并对实验结果进行了分析。研究表明,在同一加热功率下,工质充装量越多,热管的启动时间越长;在工质充装量相同时,加热功率越高,热管的启动时间越短;加热功率较低时,工质充装量越大,等温性能越差;加热功率较高时,工质充装量越大,等温性能越好;该型热管的工作性能良好,可用于低温区的余热回收。
An experimental platform was set up to test the performance of aluminum - acetone heat pipe with “Ω” shape axial channels.
