文章根据南阳市水资源调查评价结果和水资源开发利用现状,针对南阳市境内长江淮河流域划定的一级、二级水功能区水资源质量状况提出了水功能区水资源保护对策与措施,为规范水功能区管理,加强水资源保护,保障水资源可持续利用提供决策参考。
