青春电影,这是对《沉睡的青春》的一种分类。就像杨德昌所言,台湾的电影其实只有青春片与非青春片两类,那么《沉睡的青春》将自我的诉求毫无疑问的放置到了青春之中。这会是怎样的一种青春?残忍、阳光、感伤、遗憾或者其他,青春是一个多元而模糊的词汇。《沉睡的青春》所完成的其实是一种超越,而这样的超越在于对参与青春事件之中的个体的深度解读,以及深藏其后的台湾心理的诠释,这最终也成为了台湾青春电影的重要特质。本文将从表层结构、核心观念层次、深层结构三个层面进入影片,借此对影片的技巧、原则、个性、气质、心理结构、社会观念、政治观念等做出相应解读。
