On January 22, 2016, the U.S. Department of Commerce made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on China hydrofluorocarbon refrigerants: it ruled that the dumping margin of seven exporters / producers such as Shandong Dongyue Chemical Co., Ltd. was 92.88%; that of Zhejiang Lantian Environmental Protection Fluorine Material Co., Ltd.
