在冷轧板带的生产过程中,卷取张力的稳定性对板型、尺寸精度和产品质量产生重大影响。本文对冷轧生产线中卷取张力系统的控制特点和控制方式进行了深入的分析和研究,建立了卷取系统的数学模型。结合卷取张力控制系统的参数变化规律,研究探讨了基于人工智能的自适应PID控制算法在张力控制系统中的应用。
In the production of cold-rolled strip, the stability of coiling tension has a significant impact on plate form, dimensional accuracy and product quality. In this paper, the control characteristics and control methods of the coiling tension system in the cold rolling production line are deeply analyzed and studied, and the mathematical model of the coiling system is established. Based on the change rule of parameters of coiling tension control system, the application of adaptive PID control algorithm based on artificial intelligence in tension control system is discussed.
