本文针对不同倾角的管翅换热器的换热性能展开了研究。通过采用大型Fluent流体计算软件对0°、12.53°、18.43°和23.96°共4种不同翅片倾角和不同流速条件下的管翅换热器的换热数值计算得出结论,在入口流速一定时,随着倾角的增大,换热效率越来越高,压降越来越大,湍流现象越来越明显,甚至出现回流,局部区域出现了负压。随着入口流速的不断变大,不同翅片倾角的换热效率越来越高,压降也越来越大。
In this paper, we study the heat transfer performance of tube-fin heat exchangers with different inclinations. By using large-scale Fluent fluid calculation software to calculate the heat transfer values of tube-fin heat exchangers under different fin angles of 0 °, 12.53 °, 18.43 ° and 23.96 ° and different flow rates, it is concluded that at inlet velocity of 1 Timing, with the increase of inclination, the heat transfer efficiency is getting higher and higher, the pressure drop is bigger and bigger, turbulent phenomenon is more and more obvious, even reflux occurs, and the negative pressure appears in some area. As the inlet flow rate continues to increase, the heat transfer efficiency of different fin angles is getting higher and higher, pressure drop is also increasing.
